Denali’s 1st Meet-n-Greet in Plymouth, Michigan

Brad and his sister Pam, owners of Three Dog Bakery, in Plymouth Michigan hang out with Denali after his  first in store appearance. Denali had an excellent time and greeted many fans. The bakery is full of fresh pastries with natural ingredients.  Since,  Denali is part ITALIAN, he ate a good portion of fresh doggie canoli.  He even asked for some expresso but, I told him maybe later.

All of Denali’s cards sales today, went to the Michigan Humane Society.  Denali and I will be back in November to sell Christmas cards.  I will keep you posted on our next visit.

What Happens To A Dog When It Eats Coins

recovery.jpg

It’s been a rough week for Denali. Last weekend he went for a follow-up vet visit, and I was told he had something in his stomach that needed removed. That something turned into $1.80 in coins. Quarters and a nickel.

This is the second major surgery the poor guy has undergone. He’s fine, however.

His modeling duties are on hold while he is stitched up. Denali is moving slowly but still is happy, wagging his tail and requests his pets. No stick tossing this week.

Bowling Green Media Hounds Drop By For Feature Story

Denali, today, finally had the chance to show off his abilities to the local media.

Getting on the cedar chest was no problem. Posing for pictures failed to scare him. Denali didn’t seem to mind strangers from the Bowling Green (O.) Sentinel-Tribune stopping by for a feature story on the card business and a dog’s willingness to be photographed in various outfits.

Reporter Deb Rogers and photographer Aaron Carpenter are the first members of the mass media to visit the location where it all happens. A story set to be published May 3 will focus on Denali’s cards being available at the Bowling Green State University bookstore.

Upon departure of the media hounds, Denali promptly found his favorite spot against the couch and took a nap. It was just another day in the life of a supermodel dog.

Denali Conquers Clyde, Ohio, Meets With Shop Owners

John and Susan owners of Our Town’s Brewin in Clyde, Ohio got a visit from Denali this afternoon.

On your next journey when traveling through Clyde, make sure you stop in to get one of 30 fresh pies made by this cozy all-American store. The best part of a visit to Our Town Brewin’ is the casual atmosphere and the ability to purchase one of Denali’s latest cards.

Welcome, John and Susan!
