Kilroy was here

Denali was here. D, my son, was outside patiently waiting for me to open the storm door. When I looked at the door I noticed his little nose and eyes staring at me through the screen. Suddenly, the old WWII classic Kilroy was here, doodle came to mind. Too bad Denali did not have his paws on the door next to his face, I bet he would have looked even cuter.
