2010 Denali Iditarod

Denali and I spent Sunday afternoon walking along the river. Whenever we hike, Denali always leads the way. Every so often Denali turns around to see where I am. On occasions I like to play a little game with him. When I notice that he has gotten a bit ahead of me, I take off running at top speed in the opposite way. Within a few minutes I start to hear galloping behind me and I see him running next to me. It always amazes me how fast he runs–if only I could win one of our races, that would be nice for a change.
