Today was time to enjoy the summer and show our readers how Denali can become an island dog. 

The keys to a successful photo shoot with Denali:

• Plenty of dog treats (specifically something meaty)

• A cool costume from your collection of unused clothes

• Shades that keep the flash out of his eyes

• A red boa that shows off his golden locks
